I truly enjoyed my stay at this apartment complex. I am a travel nurse and will be completing my contract at Hopkins. I am sad to leave my cozy apartment. I have a fully furnished apartment with modern design and all the amenities I needed. All I needed was my clothes and food. The apartment building smells amazing everytime walk in. They are very modern with phone controlled thermostats and door entry. The owner is always reachable and customer service is top notch. Quiet apartment neighbors is a plus! They even have a electronic key drop and pick your trash up from your front apartment door! I will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a travel assignment and it was definitely an amazing experience! The team: professional, accommodating, communicative, responsive. Anytime I reached out, the problem was solved immediately. Everyone is great, but big shoutout to my man AJ who was very patient, welcoming, understanding, and attentive with my many questions! The apartment: I chose a furnished apartment for my contract. They are all set up and furnished differently but whoever designs them did their thing. The only items I brought with me were my clothes and personal items! The apartment had everything to make it feel like home. The building is quiet, clean, and it always smells amazing! I only placed one maintenance request while I was there and they came the same day. Parking: off site but just one block away. A little pricey.. but I think that's just the city. Location: amazing location, but with that being said Baltimore is Baltimore. I lived on the top floor so I was able to enjoy the beautiful view the city had to offer. I would 100% stay here again if I am ever back in Baltimore.

I picked these guys because they offer short term leases! I spent a couple of months in Baltimore and had zero complaints. I felt completely safe and the parking garage deal was a HUGE plus. My apartment had everything I needed for my short stay and I would definitely recommend! Thank you for everything!!
